Effective IEPs is dedicated to providing comprehensive educational advocacy and support services to parents and students with disabilities. We are committed to helping our clients navigate the complex educational landscape and ensure their rights and needs are met. We provide one-on-one guidance, helping parents and students develop effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and advocating for their rights in school districts and at IEP meetings. Our goal is to empower individuals with disabilities to achieve their fullest potential in the educational environment.

Records Review

With a Records Review, you can expect the ultimate service in ensuring that your child's educational documents are up-to-date, accurate, and complete. I will review the most recent IEP/504 for completeness and identify areas that lack sufficient data. I will also review goals, provide suggestions for improvement, and help ensure that your child's educational development is on track.

Coaching

Whether you're new to the special education system or a seasoned parent, coaching sessions are personalized and tailored to your needs. From guiding you through the initial SPED evaluation to helping you navigate the complexities of an IEP or 504 plan, I am here to provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to succeed. With my support, you'll be able to ask informed questions, communicate effectively with school-based members, and take confident next steps.

IEP Meetings

Maximize your voice and ensure your child's needs are heard at your next IEP/504 meeting. Whether you prefer to lead the conversation or have me do the talking, I will work with you to create a strategy for a successful meeting. Your advocate will be there every step of the way, from the meeting itself to the post-meeting debrief, helping you make informed decisions and take the next steps towards your child's success. Don't go it alone, let me support you at the IEP table.
